What you are seeing in COSMOSTEEL could be early signs of a bull in the making, ie continuation of bull market not transition to bear.
COSMOSTEEL is not alone. There are other stocks suggesting perhaps what we are seeing now might not be topping formations and that the bull could be back with a vengence. Its too early jump to conclusion base on these early signs. Lets wait for more clues. As often the case when we wait long enough, supports and resistances will appear by themselves, followed by the line of least resistance and the goldpot.
